Welcome to Hazel Creative! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

General Information

Hazel Creative (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides content creation, marketing strategy, design services, and related creative support. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or services.

 

Services Offered

We offer marketing and content services including but not limited to:

  • Copywriting and editing

  • Design and branding

  • Strategy and content planning

  • Case studies and testimonials

  • Social media content

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

 

Client Obligations

Clients engaging Hazel Creative agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information necessary for project success

  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

  • Make payments according to agreed-upon terms

 

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Hazel Creative remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights to content (as defined in the project agreement) will be transferred to the client. Hazel Creative reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

 

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your service agreement:

  • Payments are due within 15 days of invoice

  • Late payments may be subject to a service fee

  • Retainer services will be billed on a recurring monthly basis

 

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that things change. If you need to cancel a project:

  • Notice must be given in writing

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced

  • Retainer clients must provide 30 days' notice (or the amount of time specified in the creative service agreement) to cancel ongoing services

Refunds will not be issued for work already delivered or partially completed unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

 

Limitation of Liability

Hazel Creative will not be held liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of our services

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or failure to meet client obligations

  • Errors in client-supplied content or instructions

 

Privacy & Data

Any information collected through this site or during the course of service is used solely for providing our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
